Are you struggling to master your roundoff back handspring? Do you need to learn a side aerial for your next dance solo? Whether you're just starting out or working to perfect your technique, this class is for you! Athletes will work on various training equipment (floor exercise, rod floor, trampoline, and tumble track) to learn and develop those crucial tumbling elements.
Beginner skills: handstands, cartwheels, rolls, bridges
Intermediate: limbers, backbends, walkovers, round offs, handspring progressions
Advanced skills: handsprings, saltos (flipping elements), aerials, combination tumbling

Tramp & Tumble: 55 Min
*Students must be 5 years of age to enroll in any level of the Tramp & Tumble program!
This Class is 55- minutes long with a focus on beginning-intermediate tumbling and trampoline skills. Handstands, Cartwheels, Walkovers, Aerials, and Handsprings are some of the skills that we will work on. In addition, we will spend time improving the students' overall fitness level.
