Adaptive PreK
For children ages 3-5 years old. This class offers an introduction to gymnastics for preschool age children of all abilities! Provides a sensory friendly environment with a 4:1 ratio. Parents are encouraged to join on the floor. This class provides an opportunity for children who may not thrive in the environment of a standard gymnastics class to learn and explore the sport. 45 minutes.
Adaptive School-Age
For children ages 6+. This class offers an introduction to gymnastics for athletes of all abilities! Provides a sensory friendly environment with a 5:1 ratio. Parents are welcome to stay and join on the floor. This class provides an opportunity for children who may not thrive in the environment of a standard gymnastics class to learn and explore the sport. 45 minutes.

Jene Flittie is our lead for the adaptive and sensory friendly programming at NGC. Jene has a wonderful personality for working with athletes of all ages & abilities and is truly passionate about coaching!
