Executive director
Northfield Gymnastics Club has an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic private non-profit gym in Northfield, Minnesota. This salaried position will provide leadership to over $.5 million in programming for recreational and competitive gymnastics in a safe, positive environment for community youth.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, this leader will provide vision, development, and execution of a high-level competitive gymnastics program, provide head coach direction to level 3-10 gymnasts, oversee program manager and other staff roles, and coordinate all competitive and non-competitive gymnastics programming.
Requirements:
21 years or older with at least 3 yrs experience in an accredited competitive gymnastics program
Strong communications, organizational, and administrative skills
CPR/First Aid Certification and Child Abuse Training within 6 months of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
Supervisory and leadership experience in gymnastics or related field
NGA or MAGA Competitive Coach Membership
